SCHEDULE: 33.75 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to FRIDAY - 08:30 to 16:30

WORK LOCATION: Project Planning and Implementation Service, 1200 CHOMEDEY BLVD Laval H7V 3Z3

The challenges that await you

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you analyze projects, design plans and specifications, and coordinate construction or renovation work on municipal buildings.

Participate, upon request, in project design and site monitoring related to files entrusted to external firms.

You are responsible for the functional, technical, and organizational aspects of the internal and external projects you oversee to meet client needs.

The ideal profile for us
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture and master's degree in architecture;
  • Member in good standing of the Ordre des architectes du Québec;
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience in the role
  • Significantly worked on a large-scale project of the "Design-Build" type and understand the process related to this type of contract, including the usual review procedure for provincial and federal projects;
  • Holding a LEED professional accreditation is an asset;
  • Proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Excellent coordination skills, follow-up, and results-oriented;
  • Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and have access to a car;
  • PMP certification is an asset.
