Project Coordinator Architect

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you analyze projects, design plans and specifications, and coordinate construction or renovation work for municipal buildings.

Participate, upon request, in the design of projects and in the monitoring of sites related to files entrusted to external firms.

You are responsible for the functional, technical, and organizational aspects for the internal and external projects you oversee to meet client needs.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and master's degree in architecture;
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des architectes du Québec;
• Have four (4) years of relevant experience in the role
• Have significantly worked on a large-scale project of the "Design-Build" type and understand the process related to this type of contract, including the usual review procedure for provincial and federal projects;
• Holding a LEED professional accreditation is an asset;
• Proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam;
• Experience in project management;
• Excellent coordination, follow-up skills, and results-oriented;
• Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and have access to a car;
• PMP certification is an asset.
